Whilst visiting my lovely friend in Brussels we took a train ride out to the beautiful city of Ghent. On this rainy day we took refuge in Full Circle Coffee, a completely vegan coffee shop on Zuidstationstraat.
I had a tasty vegan ‘chicken’ bagel before we shared some delicious raw vegan cakes, snickers cake and pineapple fudge cake – just look at those beautiful flowers on top!
A great completely vegan spot for a bite to eat, complete with friendly staff too.
