Where: Non Viet, 536 Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow, G2 3LX
When: 3rd October 2017
My lovely boyfriend came to visit for a few days and he’d been telling me about pho since before we met. So before I delivered him to the aiport we decided to find some at Non Viet. For starters we ordered spring rolls but were served fried tofu with crispy noodles, I didn’t mind a jot when the waiter apologised for the mix up, it was tasty yet nice and light which was good as we needed to save room for the pho! Pho is a traditional Vietnamese soup, the vegan version is a delicious mix of vegetables, noodles, mushrooms and tofu. It was a generous portion, warming and tasted really fresh. I’m definitely a convert.
The staff were great and knew their vegan dishes from their non-vegan dishes and the menu is very reasonably priced considering it’s the centre of Glasgow.
