What a relief, despite the snow we made it to London, ready to escape to Thailand for an adventure! But first, we were both ready for a meal. We settled for Carluccio’s, where we found a vegan spaghetti dish with bread dumplings. It was nice, something a little different, though some of the dumplings were a little dry. A simple, lovely Italian dish topped with fragrant, fresh basil. I was pleasantly surpised that there were a number of vegan and easily adapted vegan dishes on the menu.
