After our amazing snorkelling trip all around Koh Tao we decided to spend the night there instead of going back to Koh Samui. We headed to La Carotte Qui Rit for some evening grub.
La Carotte Qui Rit is a completely vegetarian restaurant, with plenty of vegan options, it serves lots of traditional Thai dishes as well as other Asian cuisine.
We shared veggie seaweed sushi rolls topped with cashews, massaman curry and tofu with fried rice, all were delicious and flavoursome.
