Another delightful vegan place on this small paradise island was Koh Co vegan ice cream, a little stall with a nice selection of vegan ice cream, coconut based and with lots of toppings such as nuts and chocolate sprinkles. All home-made ice cream, this place blew me away and reminded me that before I left for Thailand some people were telling me it would be hard to be vegan here. Not only is it easy, even with my very limited grasp on the Thai language, it means get to enjoy amazing treats like these!
On my first trip, I got chocolate coconut ice cream with peanuts and chocolate sprinkles.
I went here for breakfast on my second and sadly, last visit, and enjoyed coconut milk ice cream in a bun, with sticky rice sprinkled with peanuts. Although not something I’d ordinarily choose for breakfast, it was totally delicious!
