I thought the boyfriend would be interested in going to The Japan Centre, as he loves Japan. Despite his protestations of ‘but I’ve been to Japan, I don’t need to go to a shop’, he had to admit that the Japan Centre is pretty amazing with its huge selection of Japanese food, books, stationery and other paraphernalia. And we were both on the hunt for vegan steamed buns which we finally found here. I treated myself to a matcha latte too, with almond milk. Yum yum.
There are several Japan Centre shops in London, this one is a short walk from Leicester Square, Trafalgar Square and Chinatown.
