When: 3rd April 2018
Where: Sherpa Kitchen, 132 High St, Esher, Surrey, KT10 9QJ, UK
This was my second time at Sherpa Kitchen, Esher, and it was as lovely as the first time. These photographs do not do the food justice – perhaps a good excuse to go again so I can remedy this. Sherpa Kitchen is a Nepali restaurant serving delicious, traditional Nepali dishes.

I fell in love quickly with Nepal when I visited for just 3 weeks in 2013. Amongst many other aspects I loved the food and the warmth of the people I met. Though in Surrey in a little village, Sherpa Kitchen takes me right back there, especially to those two aspects. The owner is very welcoming and happy to tell you about the menu, his home country and is just really lovely.

There are a few great vegan options on the menu, we had mixed vegetables, a beautiful dhal, rice and chapattis.
And there are beautiful vegan friendly sorbets if you have any room left!
