Popular Kilkenny restaurant Aroi Asian Street Food has a comprehensive menu showing allergens, which is very useful for immediately identifying vegan friendly dishes too.
We had the vegan massaman curry and the vegan pad thai. The massaman curry was delicious and creamy, chock full of fresh vegetables and mushrooms. The pad thai was great too, with a generous helping of chopped peanuts on the side. Yum.
