When: 21st June 2017
Where: Ai 6 Angoli, Rue de la croix de pierre 43, Brussels, Belgium
I had a wonderful visit to Brussels last year to visit a friend who is also passionately vegan. Great fun to not only explore the sights but also to be shown the best vegan places to eat around the city.

Ai 6 Angoli, a short tram ride from the centre, is a small pizza restaurant, worth the out-of-the-way trip for their alternative menu of vegan pizzas. With around 9 vegan pizzas on the menu, with various combinations of vegan cheese, tofu, vegetables, vegan meats, dessert of the day and appetisers. I had the spinach and tofu and my lovely friend had the Ortolana – with seasonal Italian vegetables.

The bases were deliciously thin and crispy and they were a hefty size too, generously topped, it was a delight to sit outside in the sunshine and enjoy our dinner.
